HOW YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED - Orders are transmitted securely to our office and to the warehouse in an encrypted format.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - An "order acknowledgement" will be e-mailed once your order is submitted.  You will receive an "order confirmation" within 24 hours if you ordered a non-stocked item.  

PRODUCTION TIME:

Non-Stocked Products: Standard Production time is 10-12 business days. Transit time is an additional 3 - 5 business days.   

Stocked Products:  Ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
